How was the Winter Kvass created?
Winter Kvass was created with the utmost care for every stage of production. It was prepared using a long fermentation process with healthy bacterial cultures. Carefully selected vegetables and spices, of the highest quality, were prepared for pickling and then poured over spring water. The power of an infusion of cinnamon, green cardamom and cloves was added to the traditional beetroot pickling recipe with the addition of allspice and bay leaves, creating an aromatic winter accent. This is how the original beetroot drink composition was created, full of flavour and natural aroma.
Directions for use:
Winter kvass is best drunk on its own. The recommended serving is half a glass or approximately 120 ml per day, which is an excellent way of supporting the body with a natural kvasswith a unique winter touch.
The kvass can be drunk on an empty stomach or after a meal, cold or gently warmed to room temperature. In any version, you will discover the power of natural aroma and the composition of spices - cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in the beetroot drink.
